Two study rooms are available for reserve at the Belt Branch and two study rooms are at Savannah Branch. There is a limit of two people in each study room. 

Navigate to the date you wish to make a reservation.  Look at the chart with the names of Study Rooms 1 and 2 at Belt and Rooms A and B at Savannah and available time blocks.  Click on the first 30-minute time block on the line of the room that you wish to request, and the Meeting Room Policy will appear below the chart.  Keep clicking time blocks until all the blocks you want are in yellow, and then scroll down to read the policies and click “Continue” to accept the policies and go to the next screen.

This screen will ask you a few questions about room usage.  Fill it out as completely as possible and then click the “Submit My Booking” button at the bottom of the page.  If you do not have an email address, please use rooms@rhcl.org as your email address.

The self-serve system will allow you to book the current month plus two months forward.
